With 15 years of experience in education, Shalini Reddy has cultivated a deep expertise in shaping academic excellence and designing transformative learning experiences that inspire growth and curiosity. As the co-founder and Head of Academics at Manthan School, she integrates her diverse background, including 10 years in the retail industry, to bring a unique strategic perspective to education.

Her attention to detail and commitment to best practices are reflected in everything we do at CuriousEd.

Ramakrishna Reddy, is a visionary leader with over two decades of experience as Co-Founder of Fractal Analytics and Manthan School. With CuriousEd, Ramakrishna is on a mission to harness the power of technology to craft customized, accessible, and adaptive learning experiences for every child.

His passion for analytics and education drive him to create a world where learning is not just effective but truly transformative.

Ramakrishna is an MBA graduate from IIM Ahmedabad and M. Phil in Political Science from JNU Delhi.

Pradeep’s areas of interest are Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning and Big Data/Cloud. As a co-founder of Fractal Analytics with extensive global experience, Pradeep infuses a spirit of adventure and ambition into the team. With over 25 years of experience in artificial intelligence and machine learning, he has spearheaded innovative solutions across industries such as financial services, healthcare, and retail. A serial entrepreneur, Pradeep has co-founded and successfully exited two technology startups, combining his passion for tackling complex challenges with cutting-edge technology to craft transformative solutions.

Currently, Pradeep continues to drive technological transformation at UST Alpha AI, where he leverages his deep expertise to bridge advanced artificial intelligence with meaningful business solutions. He holds an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad and a BS in Computer Science from IIT Kanpur.

Nilanjan brings with him a wealth of experience as a science communicator, author, theatre enthusiast, and former corporate executive. Throughout his career, he has worked with prestigious institutions and organizations. He has served in various leadership roles, including Leader – Business Partners at IBM, Senior Director & Managing Principal, Value Engineering, SAP, Head of Advocacy & Communications at the Azim Premji Foundation.

Most recently, he was the Chief Development Officer at Curiouscity Science Education Private Limited (https://www.curiouscity.org) where he played a pivotal role in designing and developing engaging learning programs and physical models to help school children explore Physics and Mathematics in an interactive, hands-on way.

In addition to his professional achievements, Nilanjan has a deep passion for education and the arts. His play, “The Square Root of a Sonnet”, which delves into the history and science of black holes, has earned recognition as a significant contribution to science theatre. His second play, “The Trial of Abdus Salam”, has been praised as “a captivating tale about a uniquely gifted scientist.”
Nilanjan is also the author of several critically acclaimed novels, including his recent works of historical fiction viz. Shillong Times and Song of the Golden Sparrow. (www.nilanjan.net).
