Cambridge Early Years is a child-centered, play-based curriculum designed to nurture thinking, expression, and confidence. It is currently used across 160 countries. The Cambridge Early Years curriculum is a foundation programme for the broader development of young learners.

Subjects
Our Theme-Based Curriculum Connects Multiple Subjects and Interactive Activities that Nurture Creativity, Expression, and Wellbeing. Paired with the essential knowledge and skills that the learners need to acquire for their age, the monthly themes help revisit all the learned concepts spirally at school and at home.

Starting with identifying sounds, learners get to develop their understanding and usage of the English language through listening, speaking, reading, and writing. Our reading programme aligns with phonics, developing strong reading skills, and providing a bridge to the Cambridge Primary Years programme. This forms a strong language foundation for bilingual learners.
Storytelling, role-plays, and peer discussions help children express what they think and feel in ways that words cannot. Listening, speaking, reading, and writing are strengthened through fun activities and engaging texts. This helps in shaping their communication and literacy skills.
Numbers, sizes, patterns, and shapes are explored through hands-on activities. Through a range of activities around these concepts, learners are encouraged to observe their surroundings and build mathematical language and thinking. This sets the foundation of working with numbers as they slowly transition to formal learning in primary school learning.
Children get to know about themselves and explore the world around them through this area of the CEY curriculum. It nurtures their natural curiosity and lays the foundations for multiple subjects in primary education and beyond, such as science, digital literacy, computing, and humanities.
