Refund Terms
- Prepaid Subscription Model: Our platform operates on a prepaid subscription model, where you purchase credits in advance for Artificial Intelligence utilization. These credits are used for accessing our Artificial Intelligence services, and refunds are processed based on the amount of unused credits.
- Unused Credits: If you have any unused credits in your account from a prepaid subscription, we will be happy to process a refund for those credits, as long as they haven’t been utilized.
- No Refunds on Used Credits: Once the credits have been used for any Artificial Intelligence services or products, they are considered consumed, and no refunds will be issued for those used credits. It is important to ensure credits are unused before submitting a refund request.
- Partial Refunds: In cases where only a portion of the credits is used, we will issue a refund for the remaining unused credits. The refund will be based on the proportion of credits left in your account at the time of the request.
How to Request a Refund
If you meet the criteria for unused credits and wish to request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact Customer Support: Reach out to our customer support team at sales@curioused.ai to initiate your refund request.
- Provide Account Information: Include your order number, account details, and any relevant transaction information for verification purposes.
- Verification and Refund Processing: Once we verify your unused credits, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method used for the prepaid subscription.
- Refund Timeline: After approval, please allow 7-10 working days for the refund to be processed and returned to your payment method.
